If you have little ones at home it's safe to say craft time is typically on your weekly agenda. With busy schedules, school, and all the activities in between sometimes it is hard to think up what to do next when it comes to crafting. That's why we want to share our favorite fall projects for you to try this season.

1) Painted pumpkins, hit up the pumpkin patch or bin at the store, and pick out your favorite pumpkins. Grab some paint, and let the crafting begin! These pumpkins are the perfect addition to any fall decor.

2) Rustic wood signs. Do you have any scrap wood lying around? Grab your favorite piece and some paint and get crafting. You can freehand the lettering or pick up a stencil at your favorite craft store. Pick out an adorable fall saying and you have a charming keepsake for years to come!

3) Felt pumpkin garland. If you can tie knots you can easily craft these garlands. You can drape them across a fireplace hang them across a door frame even on your front door! Get inspired here ▸ Garland Ideas 

4) Painted Mason Jar candle holder. All you need is a case of mason jars and your favorite stencil! Your stencil choice can be anything to match the season. A leaf, pumpkin, acorn, anything you want!  Place the stencil on the jar and paint, remove the stencil once dry and place a flameless candle inside the mason jar to light up your artwork!

5) Live pumpkin flower holder. Pick out a decent size pumpkin and clear out the center removing seeds and pulp. (be sure to use the seeds here is our recipe for baking them!) Place your favorite flowers inside to fill pumpkin and place it on display!

6) Wreaths, you can never have too many fall wreaths in your home. All you have to do to make your own is pick up a wreath circle at your local craft store and add in all your custom pieces. From flowers, pumpkins, fabrics, and more you can make some pretty amazing wreaths to hang on your front door.  ▸ Wreath Ideas 

7) Decorate your chalkboard with a fall masterpiece! Grab some fall magazines and look through them with your kiddos to get inspired. Let them help pick out colors and design a chalkboard to show off everything fall! Here are some ideas to get started. 

8) DIY fall pillowcases, you have a few different options for this one. You can either grab the fabric and sew your pillowcases or you can pick up a blank canvas pillowcase and let your kiddos paint or stencil on the case. Grab a package of fluff to stuff your pillow once you are done.

9) Wooden pumpkins! These adorable pumpkins just take a few pieces of wood and a little bit of paint, they are worth the time to put together because they look so cute outside during this season. Get started now, click here for inspiration! 

10) Candy corn garland! This is always a fun one to do all you need is cardboard or paper draw out triangles and use paint, crayons, or markers to color in your candy corn. Punch a hole at the top and string them on a garland, hang them up for the rest of the month!
