Is it really March already? We are thrilled to welcome the first day of spring and hopefully some sunshine and warmer temps with it! February was a great month for The Keira Dreher Group, both in the office & at home! We enjoyed much-needed time away, some vitamin D, and of course, helped so many clients buy and sell their homes! We hosted a fabulous local giveaway and set new records with a NINE HOUR listing + sale!
Sold Listings were down 4% year over year (the number of houses that closed in Feb compared to Feb 2020)
Pending Listings were UP 28% year over year (wow!)
Active Listings were down 50% year over year (oh my!)
What does this mean? Inventory is incredibly low as we have fewer houses going on the market than this same time last year. Concurrently we have a HUGE surplus of buyers as the number of houses pending is exceeding the amount of inventory available. Message to you~ NOW IS THE TIME TO SELL! I have sold every home the past 6 weeks at OVER list price and with multiple offers!
