702 Homes Sold- up 5% Year over Year
777 Homes Pending- up 15% Year over Year
1693 Homes For Sale - down 8% Year over Year
Bottom-line buyers are buying! Interest rates are low and so is inventory! The market is great for both buyers and sellers right now. With such low-interest rates buyers are able to get lower monthly payments than anticipated OR are able to buy a more costly home than they ever dreamed possible! On the sellers' side, with such low inventory homes are still selling quickly making market conditions a "seller's market". Whatever side of the market you are on buying or selling, NOW is the time to list or buy.
