We are nine days into the new year and everyone is talking about their New Year Resolutions. Typically they include things like going to the gym, cutting out certain foods or drinks or promising yourself more healthy habits. While setting goals for a healthy you is so important, there is more out there to make for a fulfilled life. Here are some not-so-typical ideas that you can set for yourself this year that nourish your mind, soul and happiness too! It’s not too late to start.
